Vendor Terms & Conditions โ€“ Finder Events

By registering as a vendor on Finder Events, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including your business name, service description, and uploaded content.
  2. Finder Technology acts only as a platform connecting clients and vendors.
  3. Vendors must respond promptly to client inquiries to maintain service quality.
  4. All clients introduced Via Finder technology platform must be booked and paid for through the Finder technology secured escrow system.
  5. Any agreement or transaction between vendor and client conducted via Finder technology official WhatsApp platform and official website is between both parties but Finder technology has rights to monitor full process.
  6. Vendors agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities on the platform and are liable to been sued by finder technology if there there any proven act of fraud , circumvention , or professional misinterpretation .
  7. Finder Technology reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor account that violates these terms.
  8. Finder technology are liable to receive a 10% commission fee for every transaction made between clients and vendor directly from estimated fees charged by vendor.
  9. In the event of a conflict between a client and event planners /vendors, both parties agrees to submit to Finder technology internal dispute resolution process and abide by final decision.
  10. By agreeing to this terms and condition , all Finder technology vendors explicitly authorizes Finder technology to deduct any owed penalties or refund amounts to clients .
